Agentic Operators Bootcamp

The Essedi team,
building with AI as operators.
In 4 weeks.

In ~4 weeks, we take 5 to 6 members of the Essedi team from AI visitors to AI operators: building real projects with Claude Code, developing an agentic mindset, and shipping something they own by week 4.

Why this proposal

Toby, in our exchange, said the team knows AI exists but is still not aware of more powerful agentic tools like Claude Code.

This bootcamp makes his team prepared to start building with AI. In 4 weeks.

The programme

Track: Agentic Operator

Track

Agentic
Operator

  • 4 weeks
  • 5 to 6 operators
  • 3h/week · 1.5-2h live

A 4-week guided practice that takes non-technical operators from zero to shipping with Claude Code.

Through live classes and async material, participants set up Claude Code, build a real project from scratch, and develop the agentic mindset that separates AI consumers from AI operators.

  • Kickoff: AI recap (probabilistic thinking, key concepts: model, harness, context). Course orientation and first setup.
  • Lesson 1: Claude Code setup (IDE + GitHub). What you can build. AI Native Builder Mindset. Claude Code Essentials: prompting, CLAUDE.md, models and modes. First small project.
  • Lesson 2: Working with unstructured data and content for broader projects. Claude Code Customizations: Skills, Plugins, and MCPs.
  • Lesson 3: Building an actual product. How to start and structure a project agentically.
  • Lesson 4: Tracking your work with an agentic project map. Agent-human parity and testing: knowing when to trust the output.
  • Sets up Claude Code and starts a new project from scratch without hand-holding.
  • Writes a CLAUDE.md file that guides the AI reliably across a project.
  • Has shipped at least one real tool or product built during the programme.
  • Applies the agentic-map mindset to track and evolve their own AI-powered work.
  • Knows when to trust AI output and how to verify it before relying on it.
Result for Essedi

5 to 6 operators who can build first versions of internal tools without waiting for a developer. A team that configures digital workplaces for others can now configure AI for itself.

Who delivers this programme

We help companies adapt to AI in a practical, business-applied way. We have trained over 1,000 professionals to incorporate AI into daily work across Europe and Latin America.

We also build AI systems for companies, which is why we teach from real experience, not theory.

FAQ

What we hear most often before starting.

+Do we need to know how to code?

No. The entire point is that Claude Code lets non-technical operators build. Participants write natural language instructions, not code. The name is misleading: think of it as an AI collaborator you direct, not a programming language you have to learn.

+What do participants actually build?

Each person picks a real project from their daily work: an internal tool, a document workflow, a reporting script, a simple automation. They build and ship it by week 4. The programme is hands-on from day 1, not theory-first.

+Is 3 hours a week really enough?

Yes. 3 hours × 4 weeks = 12 hours of focused, structured learning. Most participants recover that investment within the first month of applying what they have built. The structure and cohort accountability are what make 3 hours work: self-study on YouTube rarely does.
